The dispensary temporarily closed earlier this month, to make some improvements. Since then, the company has addressed a technical malfunction with its surveillance system. In addition, the company has worked with its security and marketing partners to ensure the dispensary is always in compliance with MCA requirements. The company reminds everyone that the public consumption of cannabis is still illegal under Maryland law.

Maryland voters legalized adult-use (recreational) marijuana for adults 21 and older in November. Beginning July 1, the state will allow individuals 21 years and older to purchase cannabis from a licensed dispensary.
